Alright,let me declear this
Melee weapons and guns counts,the grenades does NOT count
In the first Gun Hobbiest ribbon,previously sold weapons counts
In both of these two,starting weapons(M16,M700) counts

No, I think you can have the same weapons, counting m16 and m700. I have exactly 25 perm. weapons (this includes to deagles, m12, m700, m16a2, and ups) I think it is fixed because they were some ribbon issues.

25 perm weapons are kinda hard to obtain even when you have used as much ZP as I have...but I have also sold quite a few that I didnt use anymore...

Gun Collector - You have collected more than 25 Permanent Weapons (does NOT include grenades or melee weapons and DOES include your two starting weapons)
