Banned for a week, support said they are aware of the issue

Heyy,

Well, the day of the Hero patch, I was banned.

What I saw happen was:

*I went to login in-game*
ID- already logged in

*I then restart CF and try again*
Please try again in 2 hrs

*I wait 3 hrs, and come back*
ID already logged in
Cannot access test server

*Search the error online*
Apparently, I was banned.

So I logged on the official Z8games website, and it did say that I was banned for seven days.



I went to submit a web support message, and here is what followed:

"I would like to contest my 7 day ban please.

I have recently been banned, and I am unaware as to why I was. I would like further investigation as I would like to complete the Hero mission.

If there is a replay that ''proves'' that I''ve been hacking, can I please see it (email it to my associated email if possible).

I can almost guarantee that there was a mistake in justifying my ''hacking.''"


In about a day or 2, I got a reply:
"Dear Player,

We are aware of the issue and are working hard to resolve it. Please be patient with us while we try to improve our service."



I resubmitted a ticket (this one's status was closed), and was kindly mentioning that I have lost my honorable soldier ribbon and have gotten no response.


To clear this up, is this my fault? or is it an issue on z8games' side?

I mean, not possible that I hacked.. had horrible kdr in the past week:
Kills: 57
Deaths: 45
