In the past we've done applications. The application process has always been a good one, however it would involve looking at a great application coming from a user that really hadn't earned the position.

So to help encourage a general quality increase of posts, we look for the quality of person and approach them about the position rather than the other way around.

FYI since I can see this becoming somewhat of a talking point for some of our regulars.

Opinions are always accepted. Even if they are negative. As long as they are constructive and intelligent they will be listened to.

Or at least acknowledged.

NO after DdoTt, he was the last mod added using applications. I remember because i sent in an application too, i cant believe that was the first and last time i sent in an app to beg for a mod postition!!

To those of you that still think im immature and stuffs, look as a regular member i dont have to be politeful every second in the forum ok?? Once i am a mod, you will see i would be a total different person. It a shame that no one would trust me so was my wogl team, that is how i got kicked out of my wogl team also

, i like to mess around sometimes in a scrim and i said a zillion times that i will never do that in a serious scrims but still they hated me.

There was a person who made a guide with all of that+pictures it was stickied, but i cant find that post now, it really bugs me
