Why is this still not fixed???

Ok mods..ima go ahead and say it..doin a **** poor job with this game..why have yall not fixed any of the problems that has went on with this game ever since yall did that f'n patch??...its been how many weeks now?..and all i ever get is disconneted from server,hack tool detected or server full..what the hell is the problem

lol mods and GM's cant do anything to the game the devs do things to the games and the devs are currently working hard to fix issues if only they could see half your complaints about the game not working i think they would just stop trying to fix it because you people complain so much

the mini patch has no eta but they will release it and you should stop posting new threads and try using the search button

I think people have a misconception on what goes on.

Moderators and GM's do not code the game.

The patch has been a matter of DAYS... not weeks. The GM's and devs have literally been working around the clock to get these bugs fixed and we (Mod's) have been trying to determine their causes and reporting them to the proper people.

Obviously things take time. Things need to be worked on, tested a fix and distributed correctly. Unlike with this patch, things went wrong... The major bugs were fixed in a matter of hours if possible. Is that not quick enough for you?

Hack Tool Detected is not a bug but a poorly translated error. Something on your pc has most likely been detected as malicious software by the AC. This may or may not be a hack but it will say it is regardless.

Im not entirely sure what causes the server full error, and as far as im aware, neither do the devs... hence why it isnt fixed.

I RARELY ever get any errors (such as the one described above. I got that twice since Feb2009 as far as I remember)... but then, I keep my pc free of dodgy files, software etc.

XTrap is by far one of the better Anti-Cheats out there. An Anti-Cheat can only block what it recognizes as a hack. It cant block a brand new hack without it being reported and patched into XTrap.
Before you start disagreeing with me about how good XTrap is, how about you go back and look at GameGuard... or any other AC for another FPS. At best they would block a hack for a few days before it was updated and released agin for everyone to hack with.
XTrap is responsible for the patching of major hacks such as the speed hack, noclip hack, fly hack, many aimbots, many OHK hack (There is one out that we are aware of and it has been reported. It should be fixed shortly) and many many many other small public hacks which will never work again.

Please watch the way you conduct yourself here. Swearing and/or just displaying aggression will not make things move any faster or give the GM's a sudden realization of anything. You must ASSUME that they already know as they have a team of dedicated Moderators who are their eyes and ears around here and ingame as far as Hacks, bugs, glitches etc go.

How do you think the GM's knew of every bug within the new patch and got them fixed so quickly?

You guys are all proabably not a programmer. You say too easy. Just fix it.
Most of the time it is not that simple. You have to know which of the hundereds of thousands of lines of code is causing that bug/hack/glitch. Then you need to devise a way to counter the bug/hack, then you need to test that you did not break the particular piece of code, then you need to test the hack is indeed gone. then you need to test the overal program. Don't forget to document the chances so people can go back to that piece of code later and look at your chances.
Then it needs to be published

^^ That process that in business several days to a week!!!
CF fixes most bugs within hours!

I must agree with the comment that there really needs to be more communication overall.

What about the anti-hack program they use in GRAW2? That one works amazingly well. If you have altered files or hacks it wont let you join a room but there are rooms where hacks are allowed. So if some one hacks then they join a room full of other hackers and the playing is balanced. Hackers playing against hackers! Fair and square! Nonhackers against nonhackers! So why cant you guys do the same thing?
