I think that idea is god but servers must be somphink in the middle of europ lake England.

theres so much high rank hackers too -.- Look at Free's clan page. They all earned lvls by hacking and farming.. Biggest hacker clan evah

i think the only problem is that creating a new accont only takes 30 secs. So its no a problem for some1 hacking to create a new 1. if hac.kers can only play on rookie server in future. nobody would start playing cf any more
