Gifting zp to another account

Is there only one way to gift zp to another account~prepaid card?or is there any other way?

Yes go to the store and buy the Ultimate Game Card....I got one for $20 and gifted it from my noob account to my main to get the ribbon...I assume you can do that same thing with more money to a friends account as well.

Doesn't it have to be from a different IP ?

Like the reciever and the gifter must have different IP's I meant ?
