How Much Does Ping Matter?

I'm from Brazil and my ping stays around 150, it's enough to make me have a nice disvantage compared to low pingers, i can still make good kills and stuff, but if i try to use a sniper and the guy is running non stop and i hit him, it will be like i actually missed... so yeah, ping does matter.

This game doesn't give any real advantage to low ping players with good PCs....I ping 30 or less and my FPS is usually around 150....yet I still jump behind a wall and die a second later....it give the higher ping or FPS person the advantage....I do not care for the way this game doesn't reward the player for having a good gaming rig and a better internet connection. YET I still have to deal with the high ping...low FPS guy teleporting around the screen trying to guess where to shoot next....SOOOOOO fair its just too much for me to handle.
