Hey, How do i use my Ultimate game card balance i got 11 dollars on it and i want to buy 10k zp i click use my balance after i login but nothing happens

If u used the UGC (Ultimate Game Card) thru Deposit on Crossfire, the remaining cash is gone... I think

However, if u used it thru PlaySpan, the remaining cash would have gone onto ur PlaySpan acc as PlaySpan Points (1¢ equals 1pt) which can be used on ZP and other gaming currency. (Requires an acc tho)

UGCs are my only method of getting ZP but I'm no expert with it
