Crossfire

Is it normal that my game is not starting at all? i mean when i press the lunch button nothing happen...iv'e been playing combat arms for a too long time and i was hopping to get back to crossfire...but it seem's not, please do anyone have a solution?

P.S i uninstalled the game completely from my computer and reinstalled several times but still doesn't work.
