start menu

hello sorry i wasnt sure where to post tis but its getting to be a real problem....

with the newest patch with the start menu i go on and its the old 1 then i exit the
game and mayb latter i go back on and the new menu is all mixed up and i cant go
onto the game...
ive tryd deleting everything and re-installing but it dose the exactsame thing...
1st its the old menu then i play again later and it the new on nd its all fked up with
there like being 2 of them nd there both outa place nd i cant find the startgame thingy
any help much appreciated
