Anti Aliasing Not Working

My pc has been working properly (graphics) until the new patch and suddenly the anti-aliasing has stopped working. Also, all of the other graphics options which i forced through Ati Catalyst Control Center were not showing in game. I have everything set to as high as it can go (Quality) and it only worked once. I reinstalled my driver and Cross Fire and it still doesnt work.

Am I the only one???
