Fix Black Borders Around Screen!

I found out how to remove the black borders if you are playing Crossfire on a widescreen monitor.

Navigate to My Computer --> C:\ ---> Program Files ---> Z8Games ---> Crossfire ---> crossfire.exe

Right click on crossfire.exe and select compatibility at the top. Select "Run in compatibility" and choose Windows Vista if you are running Windows 7 or Windows XP if you are running Vista. ALso check off "disable scaling on high DPI" and then check off run as administrator and then hit apply and ok. Now run the game and see if it made a difference.

This worked for me and I just wanted to share it with everyone. The game's resolution was 1280x1024 on my HD tv which has a native resolution of 1360x768 via standard VGA cable.
I believe the 1440x900 option still does not work, but the game IS playing in widescreen, so its good.

doesnt work on me, win7 ultimate, nvidia geforce 9500GT
