FPS bad!!!

Hello everyone!
I'm having a really bad problem.
My fps is horrible. Before he was 40/50...
Now he is in less than 20.
The game keeps crashing a lot and can not play right.
I have not changed anything on my computer, so I'm asking for help.

i think u only need a better graphicscard, i got 850 fps with 2x 5970 , but a 5770 is enough for evry game

also, i have win7, maybe thats why?first on xp i had 220 fps, now with w7 i have 80
