Because SPOP was the first ZP character released. Kinda to see which people played a longer period of time. If you made a new acc, you most likely bought GSG or STAR cause they were made in a later time. Making a ribbon for every character would be stupid because then people would have to buy every new character that comes out in order to get the ribbon.

Why can't people just use logical sense.........
