Weapon instant malfunction

I won the temporary 7-day P90 at crates, twice.
I never got to use it and after playing some maps with the XM only, the P90 got 100% malfunction even if it was never used.

    When you win a temp gun and you damage it and don't repair it before the its gone if you win it again its dealt the same damage you left it with. Its so that people don't get "extra" exp" by not repairing the guns they damage.

    I know that.
    Both won P90 guns were brand-new, untouched, no damage and were obtained at a few seconds difference (when opening crates).
    So it's a game bug, nothing to do with repairs.
    And I do often repair the 7-day guns since I can use them so much that I ware them out in 2 days.
