Error with X-trap

Please here my house is giving an error of the x-trap when the play opens, which is more or less like "The game security module can not run propery." Please could someone help me with this error, how to fix whatever, I appreciate it!

Ive restarted, reinstalled 3 times, and done everything. It wont let me on at all.
Does it have to do with what kind of windows/mac were using?
My friend can get on he has windows 7.
I have XP Prof.

I think I know what the problem is that error, the game is only running in Windows 7 for XP and in others not getting, I think qa + z8 already know that I do not know, or now the game only works on the W7 and now we have obligation to use the W7? '-'

That's why i use W7 64 bits... i never had any problems with it!

I've read some people say that they were able to enter.. Who knows.. Probably hacked their way in

So now what??? if everybody has the same problem, no one will play crossfire today? there is no way the z8 games haven't saw this problem yet and even knowing this, nothing has been done.
i've got no complains about the z8 games but i think they could solve this faster.
