Hero mode ribbon?

Most of the Ribbons from this weekends events are given out.
If you didn't get one that means you didn't meet the challenges.
However, we know that the game was less than stable over the last couple of days and we will be doing another in-game event to give out the same Ribbon this coming weekend.
Stay tuned for more details on this event later this week. -
I for sure did the challenges and more and I did my challenges folloowing the rules of daily mission, play in a game with at least 6 people and played 20 games that way, kill more then 50 people with m60 adv and player more then one hour in hero mode, I know for a fact that I did the challenges and there must be something wrong with the system. Rather you say that your system is messed up and we have to do this weekend challenges again then say that I didnt meet the challenges when I know 10000% i did.

Yeah... I made sure I completed each days requirement, even made sure I did well over what was needed just to make sure... And I still don't have it... -

Stupid 50 machine gun kills messed me up
I don't own a MG so I had to use somebody elses.. Think I ended with 30 something kills.. Couldn't cut me a break huh?

same...did 13 games on the friday, about 55/60MG kills saturday, and an hour of HM on sunday...and im working all this weekend, so wont even have a chance to get on...and i havent got my zp for everyone ribbon yet either...

I wont be able to do this weekends challenges, it was hard enough to stick to this one that just passed now we have to do it all over again? I REPEAT NO ONE got the hero emerges ribbon yet, so you telling me that no one had sucessfully completed all the challenges? That is a lie.

hey saidin i love crossfire and play everyday, i completed the challenge, but i dont got any ribbon from hero , but ok no problem i will try it next weekend again!! last weekend with got THE problem with the patch and this weekend we got again problems with the hackers, yesterday i saw in 9 from 10 games hackers,sometimes 2 or 3 in a game , if u r a mutant u get 10 times killed in everyround they all got vip one shooot kill hack, it will we very difficult this weekend again to complete the challenge with to many hackers

Guys, people make mistakes. Possibly Saidin is telling the truth. Maybe all of the ribbons have been given out, but they haven't been updated yet. Just give him another day, or give him a chance to explain to you guys.
You guys are being much too hard on Saidin. Sure it's his job. Sure that's what he's paid to do. You don't go to a restaurant and yell at the waiter for every single stumble or mistake they make. This game is FREE TO PLAY, stop being such children and don't expect to be spoon-fed. This is a company trying to make money and survive. You guys crying about what they do is completely ignorant.
Stop screaming at him. He's a human being as well, he makes mistakes on a day to day basis, but we have to learn to forgive him. This community has a tendency to blame others for everything and anything. This is a prime example. -

thought most of it would have been done by an automatic//automated computer programme surely? calculating time played, kills gained etc...? nd yeah, you're prob right tho...jst a sh.tty day today sorry Saidin, guess ive turned into one of the people i complain about//argue with about you guys...You do do an epic job, and you do it better than anyone here could (no matter what they like the believe) so thank you

All I am saying is that there is a problem with the hero ribbon being given out, I logged in on thurday and updated and played a few game. Friday I playted with clan mates so we wouldnt crash/dc and got that one finished and played more then 20 full games(this was before the reduction to 10), then on saturday I killed more then 78 with my m60 adv. on Sunday I played more then 45 mins on hero mode I know because I timed myself. They can't tell me I haven't finished my requirements when I know for a fact and I bet my whole account which I spent more then $600 on that I did actually finish the requirement and that I can not stick around this weekend to do this weeks challenge all over again. Anyways z8 look into the problem with the ribbon. This is the only one I need to get to 20 and its messed up. Should just give it to people who have logged in during the weekend. just like how you reduced the forum ribbon.

Alright, Dead_Or_Alive, I'll attempt to help you out as best as I can.
Possibly, the ribbon was given out today to all that had finished the requirements, but the clan page hasn't updated yet and you, and countless others including me, have not received it yet.
Giving it to everybody who logged in over the weekend is just completely ruining the fact that people have to work for it. Think about it Z8 took into consideration the dates. On Thursday, a school day, you only had to log in. On Friday, you have more time to play, so it's only 10 games. On Saturday, some people have things like sports, so it's only 50 MG kill. On Sunday, people generally have the day off [work, school, and everything else], so half an hour of Hero Mode isn't much.
Z8 cares for us, it's how you guys respond that determines how much Z8 cares for us. -

Possibly it was a glitch, just wait and you should get it back. If not, these matters aren't usually dealt with via forums. Just send a support ticket if you don't end up getting the ribbon back.
