I dont know if anyone suggested this before...
After the game or in-game we should have an option to report.. somany people dont know how to report and that should be an easy way to kick hackrs from game..

Add option 'report cheator' to vote system in game...if u have about 100 votes for any player u can see him manualy to ban or ban for 1 day all who votes if player was clear.

More 'hackers' take fast ban (fast metod to eliminate) - now report system is tooooooo long and hard....
All who vote only for fun = 1 day ban in game and info why = eliminate for 1 day all kids who press any vote only for fun.
