Umm, that means you were banned permanently. If you didn't do "anything" then send in a support ticket.

I just didn't really follow up on it.

The ban was supposed to be lifted on the 2nd of FEB I believe.

I am sorry, but if you did that, and it was harsh, you might not get it back. Good lesson learned though, for everyone.
