User cp? Age limit?

I'm 14, turning 15 in Decemer and still i get the parent permission form when i try to change something.
It says that i should contact an administrator so, thats why im posting here.

What exactly do i do to change this.

We are working on a fix for this. For some reason the forum is not accurately recording that you shouldn't be in the COPPA usergroup. I can have Saidin change this next week, but in the meantime you can enter any email into the parental email section and you should be able to make changes to your profile.
