here are 2 posibility

first is shoot by shoot player( meaning 1 bullet at a time)
and second ( one shoot kill)

You have to wait 3 seconds after your enemies spawn BEFORE you can kill them

well sometimes theres hackers, specialy now in the days, even with new patches and stuff, but yeah theres also other really good players, but for that u need a really good computer men, that will help u a lot, and also have skill with the mouse and a better mouse also
