i hope ppl that has 20 ribbon ONE DAY can have it or is it a special event?
too bad i didnt win any sniper prize

and i couldnt log on on xmas since it was christmas party in family in another location where i had no access to computer.

you dont get it for having 20 ribbons
you get it for having the ribbon that will be given out for having 20 ribbons so you need 21 ribbons (20 ribons + the ribbon for having 20)
and for this ribbon you get the cc it will need 1-3 days to be given out

this ribbon gives you the cc => My Ribbons are made of Crystal: (You have collected 20 or more Ribbons)
