instant kill miles away? any ideas?

That ak47 user was really good owned everyone in egypt. he invited, so i joined his clan. We did a clanmatch on eagle map (where i ve played 1st time) and those dudes we faced you just see them miles away and are dead. Regardless if you keep moving etc.
How are they doing it? maybe i m doing something wrong, playing with the wrong gun? i dont know, (i m using m4a1 Silver usually) but althought i keep practising in egypt i still can't become this pro with aiming to head 24/7. or killing instantly as soon as enemy popps up.
there seem to be also no way to practice solo in cf.
any ideas?

well. if you ask them they dont answer. many of them don't speak english either. portoguese only. in egypt or regular maps those ppl are usually average players. I was dyin in order to get better in egypt or other td maps and often got ace but i still cant figure it out how the verry pros kill instantly as soon as they spot you. its like you re facing someone who uses aimbot, but you know they arent.

Key to being good at TD.
1) Know the camp spots -every single one
2) Check the camp spots
3) Know the most common routes that people take
4) MOST IMPORTANTLY---When running around aim at HEAD height of where you are looking, you may even wish to prefire a bit
EDIT-They kill you as soon as they spot you, cos they probably have been looking at that spot since they reached a certain place. Eg I always look across the map at Egypt to the opposite end (with my crosshair aimed at head height) when I get to a certain place
EDIT 2-Also lower ping and increased fps do give an advantage. So does an accurate mouse that you can use -

And please do not tell me that I am wrong . if any of you may have that intention, then better to say it to a kid of 10/15 the will believe in you , but not me.;) -
That sounds like a hacker that you just described. But if you want to get better I would recommend practicing on Monaco. thanks for the replies. here is the most issue i m dealing with.
how do you hit, or target "while running" for instance.
because the shots go far up if you run. Best example would be m4a1 silver, advanced, custom. Many "pros" dont even run with it they camp same spot and shoot.
Other guns have lesser depends on the gun. Ak has much.
easiest to run with is (well needless to say m12s) the shots hit the wall in 1 and same spot lol but i dont use it.

btw: i use xm8adv most of the time. sometimes m4's & ak's. Tried obz a few times

I would assume at the person you are trying to kill.
