every rank for a new weapons??

I would say, for every LVL up, GP, to buy a Weapon?! XD

some pro and some contra... think what ever u want is better-.-

RANK: sargeant -> staff sarg. -> SFC -> master sarg -> 2nd LT ....

LEVEL: sarg. 1-2-3-4 ; staff sarg 1-2-3-4-5-6 ......
uhm.. if you mean level, CF must have thousand of weapons (like combat arms lol). and if you mean rank, ya , is ok, but they still gotta add more weapons...

just leave it like now, is ok
