lol @OP no you wont lose the gun its perm and stays even if u revert back to 19 ribbons, but u should really try to use the search function more often xD

@everyone else asking about losing ribbons, You can only lose the clutch killer ribbon if u suddenly go below 2.0 k/d ratio, Get Banned and lose the Honorable soldier, and Military Intelligence if your post count gets wiped due to spamming or the like.

once you gain a ribbon you shoud never lose it...like if you fall below a 2.0 KDR they shouldn't take away your ribbon....I reset my kills/deaths to get the 2.0 and now that I have it they have not given me the ribbon...how long is that going to take to recognize?
