What is going on?
I cant see any GM, Admin, vs vs vs in this times. Is it holiday in there? i think a number of child tries to get money from a game, but the game does NOT goes on properly. They dont think us, they dont care about us... I sent a ticket and i cant see a reply to me. Everybody is crying, i cant see a reply to them, too. Say something to us. Say "this day it will be done!" If you cant do this fix, export the developers from CHINA!

I'm not quite sure as to what your problem is.
The GMs & Mods do care but there's only so many people who can help with whatever issue you're having. If you're having account issues then send in a support ticket & wait.
It's time people realize this game has players from all kinds of different countries (unfortunately) & that means you're not the only one sending in support tickets.
There are people who send in plenty every single day, especially duplicates because they believe they will get a reply quicker.
It just doesn't work that way.
Just send in your support ticket & wait it out. -
Try looking at hundreds of support tickets and expect an answer soon. LOL. There have been enough tickets send about hero ribbon, zp gift ribbon and M4a1 CC ribbon to keep them busy for the next three days.
So hold of on that ticket for now and wait until those ribbon problems have been fixed.
