Long range:
The SG552 wins, why? Because it is a 1 hit headshot, while the tar21 does 95~99 on long range sometimes, giving your enemy a chance to keel you, also, it's RoF is almost perfect for tapping.

Mid range:
The tar21 wins, why? Because it is aways 1 hit headshot at mid range, and while unscoped you can do mortal 3 shot bursts.

Short Range:
The Tar21 wins, why? Because of it's high RoF and predictable spray pattern, tough the sg552 can do some pretty nasty damage on people who get's too close

I would recommend you the Tar21 if you're a experienced player, because it takes too much skill to use, if you want a gun gun go for the sg552, you can pop random headshots while unscoped and spraying =3

I think tar is better than sg552. He reload faster they have almost that same damage. I prefer tar-21
