i think he complains about the rank requirements for the mall. its just for protection. try to learn about the game before spending lots of money for stupid guns

you can reach lvl 6 in 2hours max, so i don't see a problem with it :P.
Btw this is type of a security, there's a lot of methods to buy ZP without spending money,and yes it's illegal. That's why Z8 put higher level into mall/deposit.
