i did all of the hero mode challenges and never got the hero mode ribbon yet.

and is anyone having trouble with purchasing zp with Ultimate game cards? because i bought one today and it says paybycash cant connect with z8games....
suggestions??

It takes 24 to 48 hours for the ribbon to appear on your player's profile. And no, I didn't get any error last time I used a UGC.

I saw someone post a thread with your same UGC problem and they had a screenshot of it. I suggest you just wait until tomorrow to redeem your UGC.
