Bug in Mine S&D

I was messing around in a scrim and I decided to play on the beams over the well. Well, I accidentally fell and died, so I thought nothing about it. Unfortunately i also got some kind of a client error and my client closed out completely. It would be great of you could fix this cause i like jumping down the well.
