Noob can mean lowbie (as in MMORPGs), hackers, idiots, clueless morons, anyone who makes a blunder, anyone you don't like, or...Tobias Boon. (which is where the word originally came from, when Noob Saibot was a hidden char).

Noob : Player who can't take the fact there are people better than him/her, A player that performs stupid acts, A player that thinks everyone hacks. A player that can't aim/only sprays. I dunno I guess thats my definition of a noob.
