i have 2 questions, does the pistols count as permanent weapon? may i buy the same gun to gain the 15 weapon ribbon?

perm pistol count as perm weapon, i'm not sure if same gun counts or not, but i think it probably counts.

what about the first two weapons? The M700 and M16 do they count as well?

i have 14 weapons including the first two and i dont have enough GP to buy another so im just wondering if it will count or not when i buy it

Pern Pistol is lake everyone pern gun you can buy even 15 m9 and you get that ribbon it doesn't metter ;d I think i will be do it ;D i buy 10 m9 hehehe it will be funny but it cost only 12 k gp so better than normal gun lake ak m4 or g36k qbz and many other guns ;d
