UGC errors....

I have just recently purchased a 20$ ugc thinking that i would gift it to my bro.

However, the UGC does not work. It says "z8 is not responding" and whether or not you are
gifting the zp or just getting it for yourself, it still doesnt not work.

If anyone can help fix this problem between z8 and UGC it would be greatly appreciated

got the same problem before
all i did is screenshot it and send it in "support"
and they send me a message saying it was a z8games bug and all they needed to do is reset the payments

Really doubt that, a lot of people are having the same problem
