I trying to buy ZPs to my account but I can not print the slip. Comes the following message: "We received the notice of payment and It is currently pending to complete. We will credit your account as soon as the payment is approved. Thanks."
Request information on how to proceed.
Note already sent three web forms and have not yet responded.
