Something wrong with gifting ZP HELP

OK... so heres how it goes. I have purchased a 20$ UGC card and was planning to gift it to my bro so we both obtain the "zp for everyone"

Unfortunately, when i went to gift it and the paybycash was starting up.. it said

"z8 is not running correctly, please try again later"

some assistance would much be appreciated preferably from an authority figure o.o

tried again... heres the problem

well i've never either... first time but i assume its the paybycash thingy because gifting or getting it for yourselft has to run by the "paybycash system"

I can't buy ZP as well, but I can tell you only one of you can get the ribbon unless z8 fix this by now. cuz i did the same thing as you and only the one who gift another gets the ribbon.
