My opinions is that if you do not have this sent tickets for them to solve your problem as many people happened to them is also happening with the 20 ribbon there are people who still do not have the M4A1-C crystal

maybe you haven't been banned, but z8games might investigated your acc. it says when z8 investigate your acc, that means you don't get that ribbon.

it's actually a ribbon that shows if you've ever been banned or your account has been blocked.

They dont just take them away for hacking you could just be blocking and get banned.
