That's an easy question. M4-C Crystal is better, it's the same as M4-C but with more ammo in each mag.

the most important difference between this 2 weapons is that te crystal have a better rate fire -what does this means? you can shout more bullets in 1 sec than with an m4 custom-that means the crytal shots faster :d- so the enemy dies faster in this way it is efficient on ghost mode

lol everyone posting random stats comparing both weapons, but most of the people dont have both.
