You simply ban the one that BEGAN the BUMP.
Old thread = 6 months+ old/thread which topic has been answered many times. -
Let's see this thread shrivel up until some noob that goes into the very back pages of the forum where the threads going to be archived and bump it. That'd surely be fun :P
A ban surely sounds a bit.. obsessive.. Why not just an infraction? It's not like any new person can suspect the timestamp when it was posted. -

I don't really agree with this. I would rather someone bring back an old thread then to start a new thread about something that already exists. Thought it would get annoying if they add nothing new to the thread, like if they bumped a really old Suggestion thread to say "nice idea".
