ZP for everyone ribbon

Hey, I have got 10 000 zp from an other account last time, but I don't have the ribbon "zp for everyone". Because it says that I will get it if I buy zp as a gift OR if I receive zp from an other acc. Well i do not have it...do I just have to wait???

if you got zp from others you don's get the ribbon, to get this ribbon you have to gift zp to others even the website said you can get the ribbon from both...
