How did you get military intelligence with just 15 posts?
My theory is; military intelligence ribbon doesn't count because you have just 15 posts instead of 250.
So in total you have 19 ribbons, thats why you don`t have the ribbon and the m4 CC

what about an Support ticket or what about to drink a tea and wait a few days ?

I have more than 15 weapons and don't get Gun Hobbist ribbon.Why?
This is a list:AK Silver,2xDesert Camo,regular DE,USP,M4 Custom,XM8,AWM,QBZ,M12s,Kriss Super V,RPK,Dual Desperado,Scar Light,M16,M700.
I know that Axe,BM guns for a time and all nades dosen't comes to all but there's i think have to ribbon.
