If you did the ribbon stuff you will get it ether later today or tommarow. Its too early to start asking where it is. If there was a problem with the ribbons the GM's would make an announcement. Just wait for it or go play some more crossfire while you wait. Its not like you would get the 20's badge the same day anyway.

you have to finished all the tasks z8 gave out in order to get the ribbon, and if you did finished , you have to wait 24-48 hours in order to get the ribbon, if not pls send a support ticket

It will take longer than usual to get the ribbon because z8games is probably swampped with all of the new errors and glitches with the new mode problems
