My Hero mode Ribbon

I've done my everything to get this ribbon "a hero emerges"(i've done more mossions to be sure i get the ribbon ),but the ribbon doesn't apear on my profile.BTW saturday i did even my dayli mission and at 22 pm +2gmt ,i don't know what hapend,because at dayli mission it apeard that i haven't done'it.After 15 min the server whas down.

P.S. : For all the nerds , "Forgive mi powerful english",I'm not from a country where english is the base language.So i'm trying to do mi best at writing.
