In my theory, the ribbon system has been broken due to the excessive amount of players who kept refreshing the profile page every minute or so. Not only you but me and more people are waiting impatiently for the "zp for everyone". Alot more still haven't got their other ribbons too, for example: the A hero Emerges, no one has received theirs to date yet.

Normally you need to wait like 22-26 Hours so hang in there:) you get him.:D
