Yeah they do. Cause I have 18 other perm guns and I have the ribbon.

I have bought enough weapons to get 13 additional weapons and i got my first gun hobbyist ribbon.
Last week i counted my rifles and pistols (including m16 and m700) and came to 22, bought 3 more weapons. And the next day i had my ribbon gun collector.
So yeah. they count

what says on ribbon explanation :"permanant weapons" so they count too

Interesting to know. I wouldn't have guessed those weapons counted for your total amount of guns!

Does anyone know if temporary BM weapons count too?
