Ok... Here's the deal..

im Crusader13 / crusader1997 from forums.

this is my first account, cuz i cant log in on my first one!

i think the password was changed cuz i cant log in neither on z8games neither on CF!

What should i do?

I know the password, i think some1 hack'd it and changed it.. and i know security question too, but i dont remember on what e-mail did i put it cuz i have a lot of acc's...

what can i do?

BUMP... i did.. any other ideas O_O? Some proof it's me : i was spectator at the game megalodon vs master horst, lolsmily is on my friends list, I reflex is on my fr list too, and i was talking to you yesterday when u reached cpt rank.

Send a support ticket telling them your security answer. Thats more than enough proof to change your account's email to another one. From there, change your pass. Also be sure to check your computer for viruses or something.

how much time do the GM's need to answer tickets/

You need to send a support ticket with the information about your account (email, secret answer, date of creation, Transaction IDs) all that stuff and wait until they answer you, no one cant help you here.

Edit: Took me 4 days to get a answer, it can be soon or later.

when did you write to the support? when you've done it a few minutes ago, than just wait for a few days... it takes some time that the support answers to you!

and one question..: how many e-mail-adresses you have? xD

some important things that you must know:

forumname
login-ID
security answer
maybe the date when you have created your account!
the first weapon you bought
...

all such things you know about your account are important...

I figured it out, and YES, someone was on my acc, cuz its kd for today was 0.4, and i dont make that kd, DM almost done, so... SUX... i changed PW, E-mail, everything, now im changing forum name..
