The AK-74; AK-47 on easy mode.
The M4 and Ak47 are 2 most popular guns in crossfire, and for a reason.
they are balanced, effective in almost any situation, and can be picked up by anybody and do relatively good with them in most circumstances.
But what about the Ak74? peoples opinion on it are a mixed bag, some say its as good as taking a hammer to your head and others say its a godlike weapon.
Its stats seem odd to most, and they are.
but then again only if you are looking at the "greater" markers.
so lets take a closer look...
if the in-game graphs have any precision (not accuracy!), then the Ak74 if a marvel of a weapon. the in-game graphs might not be correct but personal experience tells me that in many ways some of them are pretty dam close.
if i had to give the Ak74 a rating out of 10 then it would be a 9 as it is just a brutal weapon to face if you are fighting someone who is decent, more so then a decent M4 and WAY more then a decent Ak47 user.
then again that is only considering the GP market guns as crate, Bp, Zp, and coupon guns are in a league of their own and can serve any Gp gun's ass to them on a platter.
This isn't a Review, but more of a introduction to the gun as 60% of the people I play with this gun end up picking it up after I die, especially after they see me haul some ass with it proving people are curious about it. I might do a thick, in-depth review if people really get interested about it.
I also would like to say ever since i got this gun i use it more, and haul more ass with this gun then i do with my AK47-silver.

Its hard to decide... I can't decide by myself.
AK47 in hand of newbies can be a problem for them and teammates in CW's.
Spray its what almost everybody does, and ist absolutely ineffective with AK!!
I dont recommend any of the AK's for people who started or is in beggining... but 74 is a good start for those who wnat to be a pro with single shotting. -

Only see players with ak74 if they are rank StaffSgt or lower..
Of course, above that they already choose if AK is the line they want to follow
And if it is, the 47 is in their hands and they are owning.

A VERY interesting thread. I'm amazed. (I remember flaming around with you, lol ...)
I was pretty much surprised at how the AK-74 was balanced and pretty much solid. It's precise, powerful and simple. I do not use the gun on my own (although I do have one and ocasionally take it out), but yes, it would be quite interesting to have a review and a gameplay teaser about the AK-74. -
The AK74's recoil is too high for most of us and then we won't use it..
I used it once in Alaska EM and it sux as hell.. Prob because I can't handle it ^^..
But if you can use it, you're a decent player ^^
Just report the spamming people and they'll get banned by the MOD's
