why we dont make a thread and post clans with player who use hak and kik all members from listed clan from all rooms, until they kik haker from clan .
Post should be like:

clan
link to a photo / replay
the ideea is to bann hakers from clans and to know wich clans use hack, so we can play CW at least. What do you think?

I appreciate your input because if it is much talk lately hack but do not quite understand why a union of clans or something lol sorry for my mediocre but most do not understand, because there are Latino alliances do not know if open more alliances

10x hope more players will take attitude against hakers -
This sounds good, but (there must be always some but), someone could add some clan to black list due to a fail positive recognition. There is a lot of noob clans who call all skiled players a hackers and they don´t even know how to save replay and watch it. For example, there is one Italian clan (I don´t want to name it). All their members vote other players to kick my clan mates just when they see some of them in room and start to call them a hackers and swear and insult. So basicaly, idea is good. But we must be aware of fail positive recognition. Otherwise all sklled players and their clans may be banned from all rooms, by some noob report. Who is meritory (except the GMs) to decide who is hacker and who is not?
Personally, I don´t want to be kicked from room (and my whole clan) by some noob call me a hacker.
However, I think your idea is nooble and maybe, with some modifications, could be accepted.

One of the clans a few months ago started doing this. They have a wall of shame on their clan page. I guess you could look for that thread in the advanced search for these forums, using "wall of shame" as your search term. Don't use the simple search, though, because "wall" and "shame" will probably get you an amazing amount of results that have nothing to do with a wall of shame.

Well, I´m not pretty sure, but first tell me who will protect skilled clans against noob report. My clanmates and me have already enough problems with noobs who vote to kick us during the game. If you make some thread with clan blacklist, you can even make it worse. Every fool can add some skilled clan on blacklist and cause a lot of problems. First 100 ranked clans (and my clan has rank 20) will get much problems. There is one more problem. Hacker clans can simply change the name and clan mark by using some ZP and avoid to be detected.report wont solve the problem

As I said, you got noble idea, but it asks a lot of study before its final version.
