Monthly Records did not reset this month :(

My Daily Mission/Monthly Records didnt reset this month. I still earn the 500GP from the daily missions but my Monthly Record is stuck at the twentieth mission success. So i don't earn these rewards any more:
-5 missions : 1000 EXP
-10 missions : Combat Axe 7days
-15 missions : Maiden 7days
-20 missions : XM1014-A 7days
Does somebody have this problem? Could you help me please?

Its from september. Since september 23rd or 24th it's stuck at the twentieth reward. It's so weird

Oh sorry, u shouldve specified. I thought u did 20 days of missions in October, hmm..... That sucks.

...and yes i get 500 gp everyday if i do the daily mission, that's normal...

hmm, send in a support ticket loads of times, or wait for a mod to come. worst to happen-reinstall CF

TOMY-shotty is a shotgun, the XM1014-A the rewards. they thought you meant you get the 20th reward thing everyday

I don't get the temporary shotgun everyday...I don't get it at all now

I just uninstalled and reinstalled the game but it didnt change anything

I have this same problem for this month. My monthly records bar is still filled up from last month so I won't get any extra items. Is there any way to fix this. Also I would like to know if the OPs problem has gotten fixed since it has been a new month since the problem started for him.

I have the same problem too. I was thinking that the reset will eventually be done to me too, but no. I still have October 2010 activate, no rewards for November 2010. I can see the missions, sure, but what is the point if I miss all the rewards I will normally have?

Same Here, my mission bar is still fully blue, my roomate's has been reset but mine hasnt

. We got everything the same time, why hasnt mine reset

I'm having the same problem. I've had 20 missions complete since January.
And of course, now it's too late in February to complete it.
If it ain't one thing, it's another....
