Well I spin on 1 specific spot, and sumtimes i think it's not luck, cuz i 1 crate, other times.... eh not so much, like i 1 crate de scope from dog tags, while i had to use 40k zp for m4 custom.. So i would say luck.

well but i did notice something.....if u want coupons...try opening the D.E Scope crates...it just loves giving away coupons, i opened 5 and got 6 coupons from it :-D....!! or maybe its just me....idk.!!
