Hero ribbon

I have played 10 hero games with 6 players and more Friday, 50 machine gun kills the next day 30 minutes of hero game yesterday. I have also played more than the time asked. Why I haven't received my ribbon? ;(

same problem. also i have +250 post, received zp gift, done hero mission. i sent a ticket. i am waiting now...
